The clip shows echogenic, multiple calculi seen in right lobe of liver and produces clear shadow. The calcification appears to be intrabiliary, either pass from gallbladder or biliary infections e.g. recurrent Pyogenic Cholangitis or associated with cholangiocarcinoma in 3-10% [1].
