My paces across different zones ↓ These are my current HR zone paces, as someone running a 19min 5k and 1h31 half marathon. Disclaimer: zones aren’t tied to fixed paces, these are just the speeds that usually put me in each zone on a typical day. I made a similar post a year ago, and since my training’s evolved, it felt right to share an update. Funny enough, my stride now looks much more consistent across zones (a good sign of efficiency). Here’s what each pace looks like and what I use it for:
